The Tel Aviv District Court found Katsav, 65, guilty of two counts of raping an employee in 1998, when he was Israel's tourism minister. It also convicted him of lesser counts of indecent acts; sexual harassment involving two other women who worked for him when he was president, from 2000 to 2007; and obstruction of justice.

Katsav denied all allegations, claiming he was a victim of a political witch hunt and suggesting he was targeted because he is a Sephardic Jew — a Jew of Middle Eastern origin. But in Thursday's ruling, the three-judge panel said his version of events was "strewn with lies."

RESPONSE:
This article has given me new found hope that one day Patrick Murphy and his supporters will be known publicly for their lies, those who allowed the lies to gang-rape the law and injure me and my family. I take great hope in knowing that I was raped in 1998 the same year Katsav has been accused of his first rape-those of us who have been denied basic justice must find hope in the most symbolic or minute of things as the justice system has raped our sense of logics, worth, dignity and civility  for we know the laws are not meant to protect us but our rapists.  The parallels to this Tel Aviv story are scary.  All rape victims should find hope in legal decisions/ stories like this for  justice delayed IS justice denied.....until it is no more.
Now if only we could get the intelligent ethical people to move here, our province is starving for such in government and the justice system. If a country as machismo as this can find 'justice'  for these women- and have no doubt those who abuse their power injure more than one woman as I know Murphy has done- those who helped Patrick Murphy rape the justice system and avoid prison for attempted rape in 1996 and rape in 1998 should hang their heads in shame while they share a cell with the scum they protected while they harmed my family to silence me. 
All this because of the pathologies and criminal incompetence of the Dartmouth Dept of Community Services Child Welfare office in particular Alfred Doucet, Ann Bond and Deborah Conrad of Boyne and Clark......all this abuse and and suffering because I protected two children who were not mine in 1992 because society failed to do so. Because Woodlawn failed to do so, because Brookhouse Elementary School failed to do so, because our neighbours failed to do so, because the police failed to do so, because the social workers failed to do so, because Ellenvale Junior high school failed to do so, because Prince Andrew high school failed to do so......all this because of the number of adults who failed to protect me and my brothers as children....me and my son still paying for their blind eye and apathy.

Yes I have faith that all shall be very public  in the new year of 2011. All shall be connected and explained....that those who failed to protect me as a child became my worse perpetrators when I became an adult only because I had to clean up the mess they made in the 70's and 80's and early 90's....they are worse than those who torture and molest children-they are our Nova Scotia government and the sociopathic bureaucrats that maintain it.

Murphy the Rapist is Friends of the Tattoo?
Well well well what have we here, a rapist among us!

On December 16 2010 a wee gathering was held on behalf of the NS Tattoo at the Armory in middle Halifax and volunteers were invited to attend and that I did. At about 5:00pmish I sat in the corner enjoying the company of the newly retired 30 year choreographer of the Tattoo, I glanced up to see the back of Patrick Murphy who raped me in 1998 in retaliation for an unsuccessful sexual assault and luring in 1996 at the Liberal Office.
To know when your rapist is in the room, to know the back of this rapist across the room confirms yet again that rape victims know their rapists in a way their own mamas cannot know.
What is great news is I didnot go into a series of severe panic attack as on occasion even males who reminded me of Murphy could set off the most disabling panic attacks. But not this day, 2 days before my suspended sentence was to be legally released, a sentence for the crimes I knowingly committed against this mysogynistic piece of raping shit, December 18 was my Freedom Day.
I continued my chat with Joe in the corner and when I looked up moment later I was looking into the academy award smiling face Patrick Murphy and immediately felt badly for those he was entertaining-did they know he was a rapist and didnot care- did they not know at all- was he like every other sociopath so clever at charming the audiences that he took full advantage of them-why was he there, I did not see him volunteer for the Tattoo or are old habits hard to die- his overbearing sense of entitlement, part of his pathology, that he could drop by for a free drink or 4.
The next time I looked up he was gone. How ironic being I have the condition to stay away from this rapist.... I have no doubt that once he was facing me he knew I was the only one in the room that knew he should be in prison for raping at least 1 woman, he knew I knew him better than any other soul in that room, he knew I knew him better than his own mama did.
How ironic that he raped me yet he felt uncomfy perhaps because I was in public and not in the confines of his parents house where he lured me under false pretenses and then stood outside the bathroom door naked blocking my way to the stairs because he knew I was leaving once I realized he lured me there for sex and who was I to dare not be attracted to Patrick Murphy!.
We were no longer in his lair.....his snare
2 days to go...2 days to go...2 days to go.....perhaps he was scared that despite all that he did to me, all that the media did to me, all that mayor Peter Kelly and the entire 2005+ city council did to me, after what the police commission (Nadine Cooper Mont) did to me, after what police chief Frank Beazley did to me, after what the police (Penny Hart and her minion Colin Brien) did to me after what the minister of justice Murray Scott did to me, after what the crown did to me since 1992 ..
I AM STILL HERE!...

IN 2011 I will be asking the new NDP government and auditor general to investigate all criminals in this matter...it will be the first time  police/council/crown/commission will be investigated on their role protecting rapist Patrick Murphy. It is never too late to throw rapists in prison.....gen pop would be good for someone like Murphy and with any hope he will get his just deserts every day and twice on Sundays.

Enclosed are the City council agenda that may or may not have discussed an email sent to all city councillors February 5 2005 about rape and that Patrick Murphy is a rapist of the worse kind who gained purse from tax payers in public office when he should be in prison. I could not find the discussion on the agenda so must have been had very privately, so private that there is no trace of even a private discussion on the agenda yet all involved are public servants that are to act in the greater public good and hiding rapists at city hall and degrading the rape victim while letting the HRP police abuse her at every turn while gangraping her constitutional rights would not be that.

Halifax councillor backs lie detector

A Halifax politician says lie-detector tests could be the best way to find out who is leaking confidential information from Halifax Regional Council.
Coun. Barry Dalrymple, who represents Fall River, said he has had enough of fellow councillors giving out private council information, including a recent memo from the mayor about drinking and driving.
"You know, when we began as councillors we took an oath to follow rules. This is one of the rules," he said.
He said he believes that either one councillor or a small group of councillors is behind the leaks.
Dalrymple, a 30-year veteran of the RCMP, said lie-detector tests could be very effective. "I think that would be a wonderful way to find out in a hurry who is responsible."
Coun. Dawn Sloane agrees that council needs to find out who is leaking information.
"It does harm the credibility of council, it harms our staff and it harms our municipality. We have to stop this now," she said.
Sloane said she would have no problem with making councillors take the test.
Dalrymple acknowledges that no one can be forced to take a polygraph test, but after his years of policing he said he has yet to see an innocent person refuse.

This morning CBC is reporting that councillor Barry Dalrymple, who is a former RCMP cop, wants to wire up each and every councillor to a lie detector machine in order to discover who's been leaking stuff to the media. Coming from an elected representative, such a suggested expansion of the police state is alarming. But even more alarming is the last sentence of the ceeb report:
Dalrymple acknowledges that no one can be forced to take a polygraph test, but after his years of policing he said he has yet to see an innocent person refuse.
Hear that? By Dalrymple's way of thinking, refusing to take a lie detector test means you are guilty. Some have suggested to me this is simply a reflection of a cops' perspective, but I really hope to the flying spaghetti monster that the average cop out there doesn't assume that citizens simply standing up for their own rights turns them into criminals, no evidence needed. Still and all, this wasn't the only noteworthy statement from Dalrymple this week......

RESPONSE:
If the mayor wants HRM employees to take them then all HRM employees should take them. Keeping on tune with this councillor what does he think about the mayor and police and Patrick Murphy who refuses to take a test on his attempt to sexual assault at the Liberal office and the rape of 1998?

Coun. seeks end to secret ballots

Secret ballots. No clerk in the room. No lawyer present.

These are all above board under the current procedural rules of Halifax regional council closed-to-the-public in-camera meetings.
Coun. Sue Uteck has brought forward a motion that, if approved tonight, will do away with secret ballot voting, and require HRM’s solicitor to be at all in-camera sessions.
“We’ve had in-cameras where, in my opinion, we have the potential to put the municipality at risk,” Uteck stated.
Mayor Peter Kelly confirmed council was asked to vote by secret ballot in a July 6 in-camera meeting, but said the clerk was present and the minutes recorded.
Neither Kelly nor councillors would disclose what the meeting was about, but then-CAO Dan English retired the next day.
Coun. Linda Mosher dismissed Uteck’s motion as political grandstanding.
“She had no problem having confidential ballots when she became deputy mayor,” said Mosher.
“Sue is making a non-issue into an issue, which is what she always does. It’s pathetic, actually.”

While I appreciate Mosher outing the flaws of Uteck I want to know if they had a secret ballot when they all received in 2005 an email that council Murphy had raped a woman. What vote did they do to keep it from the public while the Commonwealth Games were being discussed? Who made sure it went quietly without a police investigation until the rape victim brought it into court thru the backdoor by spray painting the van to educate the public about how corrupt council and police are in HRM? What votes took place...no mater every 2005 sitting council is implicated in that cover-up..

It was recently brought to my attention that Patrick Murphy or someone on his behalf has started a blog.Yes folks they are copying me...is that a compliment?

When someone is inspired solely by you to do anything and it is all about you..does this mean I have....'arrived'.... I feel.....'special'


Or..in the clinical scary sense...does this mean he is still obsessing over me and uses his blog to be able to keep saying my name and to think about me hiding behind his faux outrage? YUCK

I mean we know why I say his name...victims cannot relinquish the freeze-frame of their violators until they have had justice which of course I have not had yet. It is a sad reality for many rape victims with a sociopathic and mysogynistic police force and a corrupt crown with too many crimes to hide. WE have chief of police whose own son threw himself of a bridge to get away from his own father after years of drug use and mental health issues. I cannot imagine what it was like to have to live with Frank Beazley, I just know the evil he did to my family which includes hiding the Patrick Murphy rape case a year before I walked into the station. Peter Kelly and his council Posse received an email from me about the rape 02/05, city hall clerks office received a copy in 1999. Nothing was done. Penny Hart had it for an entire year and never contacted me the rape victim yet Spicer recently said they have a dedicated sexual assault unit-the one I had put into place when I took the scum officer to the NS Police Commission hearings in 1999.

The blog, I believe is 'The Friends of Patrick Murphy' and I did peek but didnot stay long I have not had my rabies shots updated and I already had a shower today. Only two people posted in his defense. Amazing that for all the great community work and for being such an outstanding pillar of the community he only has 2 friends. How can he live in that same community all his life and he only gots 2 friends... you mean to tell us everyone else does not like him either?

I have had several folks approach me telling me that they just never liked him, that there was something eerie about him, something hinky about him, something just not right about him, Not one person has told me they thought the rape was not true, in fact the response I received was that based on how they already felt about him, it was very possible-no one was shocked.

They talk about not being guilty after a thorough police investigation ? Who is passing out the free crack again? Hurry call the police....

Officer Penny Hart spoke to his girlfriend Gena Leger who had a sexual relationship with Murphy after he raped me. She used to date my good friend and Murphy's best friend Haniff Jiwani-he wanted me to meet Gena and that was the night I was sexually assaulted by Murphy who had called me a bitch behind my back for some of the night.-all because I would not have sex with him at the Liberal Office -talk about holding a grudge..

So Haniff had Gena, Gena left Haniff for his best friend Murphy and Gena started sexual relations with Murphy after she knew I was raped by him. She lied to police and Hart knows she did but I cannot share that info here but I will soon. Gena told police I called her the next day and told her I never had sex with Murphy. Okay I called a woman I did not know, met her the night before, was not impressed, didnot like her, she was too slutty and quite jealous of my friendship with her man, and I called her to say I didnot have sex with Murphy? I didnot know her last name until my trial yet I told her I didnot have sex with Murphy the next day?

Henny Penny Hart knew it was a lie when she told me the official police statement that Gena Legere gave her on behalf of her boyfriend Patrick Murphy. Keep in mind Henny Penny just so happen to neglect to inform me the rape victim, that they were sexing together, Hart knew Legere's statement would not stand up in court and had Calder not been so corrupt Legere should have been in court and outed for the liar she is, outed for having relations with the best friend of he former boyfriend.

As I pointed out to the police that although Gena is a liar she was right-I didnot have sex with Murphy-rape is not sex, it is a mysogynistic action against women usually some unresolved issues they have with their own mothers or patterned behaviour from their fathers in how they treat women-rapists do come from good families too and often wealthy ones as rape is not considered to be rape when you think you are entitled to everything whenever you want.

Gena's official statement to HRM police was given after I gave Hart the play by play in detail of that rape night so Hart knew, combined with my secret info about Gena, that it was a fabrication and she should have been charged for filing a false statement and obstructing justice. Perhaps because she was an employee of the Dept of Justice the police were not going to charge her? She may be working for another NS government agency as they do circulate around. I believe Haniff told me she was an administrative clerk.

What kind of woman and mother knowingly sleeps with a rapist?

I have seen this sort of pathological behaviour of pathetic and needy women on Nancy Grace but never thought I would know someone who did this. Although she disgusts me I dont hate her , how can I, she is so desperate for a man she slept with a rapist after she had sex with his best friend. Haniff knew we hated each other but for different reasons-Haniff asked PM to drive me home because we hated each other but when he knew about the rape he said PM had done this to other women which ended out friendship immediately.Haniff knew I would not go to his house with PM there and he had to beg me to go to meet Gena-Haniff and now the police knew PM tried to assault me in the Liberal office just over a year before. Police refused to confirm the Liberal Office attempt to assault even though Murphy had to sign in an official sheet with Commissioners that late at night. He lured me there with promises of child welfare and native reform.

NOPE the police didnot talk to the one witness that would put Murphy in prison. Hart said they could not find him, I did on Kijij in 3 months and that email was given to Judge Digby, the police and city hall made sure to keep this from the public. With this new govt I will be asking for new investigation into the corruption of police, city council, mayor, crown and 2 ministers who should all be in prison. As a private citizen he, with his lawyer's advice, is hiding behind his constitutional rights to not take one. In May 2007: Received a letter from Detective Penny Hart that the HRM police were NOT going to press rape charges against Patrick Murphy, if I wanted to know more to contact her. Well my good reader this cop was already told months prior that any communications regarding the decision not to press charges were to be in writing WITH the reasons why. She chose not to do that no doubt as not to perjure herself in any other related official capacity but also knew I had no intention of contacting her-I filed 6 times with the NS Police Commission to have Hart removed and investigated for not doing a rape investigation which included not contacting my critical witness list. When I repeatedly asked police to take a lie detector test they would not even acknowledge my requests, when I ask how the rapist did on his test they did not answer. I would find out many months later that CITY COUNCILMAN PATRICK MURPHY REFUSED TO TAKE A LIE DETECTOR TEST.

Penny Hart deliberately did not speak with any of my witnesses one of them being Murphy's best friend who he claims he cannot locate. I gave police his last known employment, Metro Regional Housing Authority, who would have is SIN and she still did nothing to locate this key witness.

Very seldom do rape victims have witnesses and this one not only is a witness to prior incidents committed by Murphy but he also knew I could loathed Murphy who had been sexually obnoxious to me on two separate incidents before the rape, one incident in the Liberal office. Patrick Murphy told police we had been consensually kissing but my witness knows there is no way -his chum and my witness Hanif Jiwani knew how I felt about mysogynistic Murphy and had told me Murphy had been calling me a bitch for a portion of the night behind my back-

Now for you that did not fall asleep during history class Joe Howe would be appalled at such a misleading statement as this author let CH know every step of the way: the CH knew minister Murray Scott, Peter Kelly, Frank Beazley and the Police Commission knew all about it: if they are not the court then who is?

What the Chronicle Herald hopes is that you do not know that they have received every a copy of every single report of corruption in various municipal and provincial departments I submitted since 2001 to various agencies in HRM and did nothing to inform the public about how sick HRM really is. The CH did know at the time of this print what those charges were about and did know about the faux rape investigation but kept that from you the PUBLIC, it was kept from you as not to let the Commonwealth Game Bid be interrupted.

Please note that Murphy and chief Beazly opened a community police office just in March of this year during the time he was supposedly being investigated for rape. So for almost a year they pretended to do an investigation while Murphy was paid wages with your tax dollars. I thought at least a suspension until the investigation was done. What you also need to know is that letter to not charge PM was sent to my house in May the same time I attempted to take my life 3 years earlier because of these very people and they knew this. They ignored my numerous communications checking in for the status of the investigation since September then hit me with this bomb. I think you know what they were trying to do.

Since 2005 when each city councillor received an email from me about the 1998 rape and did nothing, Murphy had this time to earn Boy Scout badges in the community since then. PM has shamefully used his constituents as pawns to create a false image of good standing in the community for a civic resume knowing the entire time he has raped several women per his best friend who PM mysteriously claims he cannot locate and police refuse to look for him knowing he he can confirm the rapes especially mine.

Also, because of crimes committed against me by NS civil servants I have multiple disabilities and I live in poverty. It should sicken you to know that Murphy sits on the HRM Advisory Committee for Persons with Disabilities yet he is related to my trauma, family suffering and displacement and disabilities.
So now I have these charges, know a good lawyer? I wont tell you about the abuse by cop Colin Brien another sociopath. Just come to court and you will see the video yourself unless its suddenly disappears.!
So you would think that would be an automatic approval at NS Legal Aid? Now just think who sits on the board of NSLA.
So I meet with a lawyer who looks 16 her name is Nicole Campbell. I knew within minutes she knew exactly what was going on-looks are deceiving. She was the one who told me about PM refusing to take the LDT-she knew the police would not give me one so she said she would look into it. I was very excited about that because the justice system namely the scumbags:crown and police have been getting away with calling my vile names including calling me a liar so a test would put all that to rest which is exactly why the police would not give me one. I would want the questions to go way back to the beginning of the police/crown gang-raping my family into permanent trauma 1992.

Anyway I left that meeting feeling like finally the public will get know their mayor, city councillors , police chief, crown and minister for the first time. But she would have another thing waiting for me at our next meeting: she blamed it on my fax of witnesses and explanation. She REFUSED to take my case. Now when your lawyer smells like your rapist and the scum that protect him then you are in trouble. Now I cannot itemize everything as not to retraumatize myself but lets just say I told her that I wanted the judge to know about how many times she violated my constitutional rights never mind she knew about my 6 chronic disabilities and had the audacity to tell me to represent myself..this after all the time she knew I just spent in courts and hearings since 1992 because of lazy, incompetent, sociopathic civil servants? I asked her if she thought it was okay for me to cross-examine the scum who raped me? She did not answer.
I went into shock.
I already did not trust these people for they defended every black thug in public housing that harmed my family but only those where the police finally laid charges which was not many when they seen that I was the victim. The police thoroughly enjoyed the abuse I endured which led to my attempt to take my life in 2004 a year before Frank Beazly's own son took his. If these lawyers were that stupid to be fooled by the sociopaths from Mulgrave Park then they could not possibly represent me anyway. I asked for a referral to the Certificate Program, she rudely denied it. It was not until I mentioned my rights being violated that she said she will take it with her manager. I bet she will. It amazes me how people who claim to work with the poor think poverty means stupidness.

Two minutes after I got home the phone rang it was the lawyer: she said they discussed it and agreed to represent me if I agreed to not testify, enter evidence or witnesses to the trial for my defense. This is a blink blink moment. YES you heard right!!!!

I was to sign not one but two contracts BEFORE speaking with the judge, the one I had already said I highly respected. Because I was in shock I could not process the afternoon's rape.
Then the rage hit.
I walked into court exactly at 1:30pm. Nicole came over to me and made me want to vomit.I could not even look at her. About 2 seconds before court she told me I could appeal the refusal for the CP. I made sure the judge knew about as much as I could convey given my trauma at the moment. I am sure he was very confused at what took place: ethical people usually are. He adjourned the matter until December 19 2007 so I could use the appeal process. See the reason why they did that is abuse needs privacy so by bringing in outsiders (CP) the gig is up. So by not telling me about the appeal process was one of several constitutional violations by NSLA. By signing that new CONtract meant I would inadvertently be exempt for any appeal with the CP application, an appeal I did not even know about. I now do thanks to this very humane judge.

So PEOPLE please exercise your right to attend public meetings. You have the right to know that your tax dollars are paying the wages of those who have perpetrated crimes against my family since 1992. It could have been YOUR family.

Your tax dollar monies should be converted into per diem for their incarceration not modified days off and 4 week paid vacations.

Now back to the article: I wish to point out that as an avid reader you should have already thought that there is an awful lot of words and nothing really being said other then to depict me as a crazy woman who damages property and threatens rapists for no reason. Note the inclusion that I am barred from city hall and PM home: the place he raped me in and still resides. Don't most sickos return to the scene of the crime? Murphy still lives there, sleeps in the same room, no doubt still 'getting off' on the night he raped me. I have not set foot in city hall since about 2002 and I do not even know where Dawn Sloan lives and who cares where that lazy fake lives anyway. So why does that article writer go to such length to create an illusion for the reader but deliberately leaves out the information they know too well about the rape investigation and of one rapist Patrick Murphy?
I find it most weird that the police, media and city council offices did not take a front page out letting YOU THE GOOD FOLKS OF METROPOLIS know that all is well: that Murphy was wrongfully accused of rape and has been exonerated-would you not think they should do that as to deter other crazy women from wrongfully accusing Patrick Murphy or any other government employee of rape in the future?

As an aside: the alleged matter was deemed property damage and not vandalism yet police tell me that the word RAPIST was spray painted on the side of PM vehicle not once but twice a week apart from each other at city hall during a city council meeting. Apparently there was a week space between the first spraying of RAPIST on his vehicle to the second time and it begs why did the police not lay charges after the first time? Why did the police rudely show up at my house the morning of the alleged second spraying and refused to charge me yet set up a video camera and officer at the door the night of the second time the same day they refused to lay charges on the first time?

The media knew about the spray painted word RAPIST and did not print about it? The police know that PM is a serial rapist per his best friend's words and did not want other women coming forward after abusing me for so long and that is why YOU THE PUBLIC were not told.
And why did police REFUSE to charge me with filing a false statement and misleading an investigation although I begged them to charge me several times? I even requested, several times, that the Police Commission Nadine Cooper Mont and Murray Scott to investigate the HRM police as they were refusing to charge me with indictable charges. Is not falsely accusing a person let alone someone as important as Murphy of rape a serious offense?

Wait til you hear the rest in court! It should shock you how far out the way the minister, crown and police went to NOT charge me so you would never find out about who Patrick Murphy really is and who they really are.

But lets look at how clever it really is shall we: Peter Kelly has for about 6 years lied to the public about the efforts they have done to ensure public safety -when they failed the National Report Card in 2005 they pretended to do more cosmetic things knowing the entire time they were the scum harming HRM. I met with Kelly in 2003 about his sociopathic police chief and the department and about how they have been abusing me since 1998. HE did nothing. Even when he got my suicide note ( for lack of a better term) with several police names on there, he did nothing though knew of every single act of abuse my family endured by police and the thugs they protect.

Then we have the police commission who from 1999 has been hiding every Form 5 I filed against mentally unstable and dangerous officers who brutalized me since 1998 and every time I whistle- blowed they abused me some more. Then we have how many other HRM citizens who have thrown their hands up in disgust at this fake attempt to find resolution, really how many times can Kelly spend YOUR money on round tables knowing he and his are the scum of our streets? They are the ones out of control!

So then Kelly does what every coward would do: runs like Peter the Pansey to Guardian Angels to create the illusion that HRM is so out of control that we need renegades and vigilantes in the city. Well if that is the case then as of March 2008 the mayor needs to fire his entire police department, just like we did with the school board, for not doing their job.

It will be a difficult task to keep this brief but really do need to meet with you while in HRM, NS.
As a community worker I was looking forward to your visit here to my city but after reading certain comments made by you as reported by the media I am most disappointed in you: that you have been manipulated by the thugs in my city namely Peter Kelly and Frank Beazly. The police and mayor and ministers and police commission and city council and ombudsman office and humans rights office allow crime to breed in my city, they are the real thugs that are defiant.
I belong to a NPO that deals with critical issues in the most vulnerable HRM communities and myself and another team member would be more than happy to meet with you on you own with no media. If you chose not to meet us that is your prerogative but then do not assume to KNOW the truth about my city and its needs or its resolutions.

It is now December 17 2006 and the case is the shameful reality of how HRM police, crown and legislators do not take rape seriously. I have no doubt that the recent bids for Games is what has kept this story on the down low....in 1997 Patrick Murphy did commit the hate crime of rape against Gayle McIntyre because she rejected his several arrogant and unwarranted drunken sexual advances from him in his Liberal office on a previous occasion.

Conveniently Murphy cannot locate his best friend Haniff Jiwani who just so happens to be the key witness for the victim....if he chooses truth over loyalty to a best friend that is.The HRM Police Hart state they cannot locate this best friend either...imagine that...this one witness is what will put Murphy in prison where all mysogynistic sociopaths should be. Perhaps I am being unfair, am I a victim of too much CSI?

For those not up on their psychology 101- for the city council to not conduct an internal inquiry into the accusation of rape by one of their own would inherently mean that city council engaged in offensive violations to my constitutional rights and must have assassinated and slandered my character to deem me not a valid victim. Kelly already had a list of people that contributed to the total sum of trauma and suffering of my family because of the sexual abuse in 1997- abuse the police contributed to causing more psychological damage to me and my son than surpassed the damages that were the result of the primary crimes.

It is a sad day when someone is so traumatized from the crimes and abuse endured from various NS lawyers who have been protected by your organization that it took me this long to get this submitted to you for an investigation and subsequent penalties for outrageous constitutional misconduct by Nicole Campbell of NS Legal Aid and her case manager Morrison (sorry I do not have a first name).
Part of my delay is it is very difficult for ethical people to knowing engage with a corrupt system such as yours who have deliberately not investigated my substantiated applications and instead you have taken visible allegiance with every single lawyer despite the efficacy of my evidence. Your own obstruction of justice has protected those who should have been charged for crimes, constitutional violations, misconduct, obstruction of justice too many times to count: all causing me and mine immeasurable injury and hardship starting with Susan Potts in 1992 who fabricated a witness she knew to be criminal and forced me to testify knowing it would harm my family, financial security and health, she did not care what she did to me she wanted to win at any cost, those would be the crimes she committed before the misconduct she committed during the Gerald Regan case. To date you have protected Michael Baker, Deb Conrad (Boyne and Clark), Kendrick Douglas****, Ed Gores , Christine Driscoll, Judith Gass, Martin Herschorn, Frank Hoskins and Terry Potter. I filed with crown head office on Peter Nolan fabricating a witness for Calvin Lucas who is now sitting in prison but should have been in prison on the crimes committed against me and my son that were allowed by police Mary MacIsaac-now charged for DUI. Anyway, I am still compelled to file this with you as it is what is supposed to be done.
I cannot enclosed one document as it has items for a pending court matter but one item is included here, my letter to the Appeals Process, I have misplaced the decision that was to my favour, I do have a lawyer now but feel free to contact the NS Legal Aid Commission for a copy of the decision to my application for a Certificate because of the nefarious acts of several lawyers in that office who have protected sociopaths who have harmed my family in public housing.
The matter for your attention is NC behaviour was so offensive on so many levels including the fact that had I been Black person she would not have had the audacity to have spoken to me in those derogatory tones the way she did nor would she have suggested that I represent myself given the information she had at her disposal regarding my disabilities-brain/organ damage-fecal matter removed by tube very week, depression, short term memory issues and that it would be intrinsically cruel to force anyone to cross-examine their rapist, ironically had I been Black Patrick Murphy would not have wanted to have sex with me which lead to him raping me.
When I first met NC I was fit taken back by how young she looked and did she have enough experience to defend me in this matter of systemic judicial corruption. Keep in mind she was not the first lawyer I was assigned to, the first one I recognized at first as a defender of sociopaths from Mulgrave Park, in fact one trial never got to hearing due to prosecutorial corruption. I do not know her name.
When I spoke with NC and she told me about her case manager I asked if she had been the first lawyer I rejected and she told me no. Since I do not know their names I am at a disadvantage on that information. It would be an inherent conflict of interest if she was the same person AND this would be lie told by NC if they are the same person. Knowing that a few lawyers in this office defended sociopaths that victimized my family there should have been an automatic referral to the Certificate Program.
The first meeting went without issue, NC appeared to understand the dynamics in my case and I left on a promising note, she was even going to inquire about a lie detector test for me but something change and NC would blame the enclosed fax for her obnoxious behaviour when we next met. The fax was sent as she knew I had two days weekly standing for medical/personal appointments so would no be able to attend the day a plea was to be submitted to the courts, she was told to enter a NOT GUILTY which she ignored anyway. I received a call from her that she wanted to go over my fax-the tone on the phone could not prepare me for the tone waiting for me when we did meet and for about 45 minutes it was highly contentious discussion as it should be whenever someone deliberately violated the rights of another while protecting the criminality of those signing her cheque. I had no idea she would take exception to my suggestions as I knew defendants are to assist when they can with their defense and any ethical lawyer would have taken the time to go through each one if they had an issue but no not NC! She said she wanted to discuss me fax and that had been a lie, she had her spiel already in tow when I met with her and we did not discuss a thing, she told me she was not going to represent me because I did not qualify as I was not going to jail. I reminded her that any time I had legal aid before I was not going to jail. It did not matter how many holes I put in her story she had another excuse-she clearly mistook poverty for stupidness and of course it would be lawyers you already protect that put me in poverty with disabilities.
When I asked her why she was speaking to me this why and who got to her, she lied and said no one and blamed my fax. I was in shock at her blatant rudeness, I reminded her that I was the person in poverty due to chronic and multiple disabilities and that Murphy had raped me and that no one should be expected to cross examine their own rapist, she said she was bound by the ethics of the Barristers Society, whatever that meant, but thankfully she could not look me in the face when she said that crap. When I realized that she was the epitome of the very corruption that had me sitting in her office I asked for a Certificate of which she snapped in my face NO! and went on talking about how I should do this myself. I soon rose to leave and I told her that I would be letting the judge know how many times she violated my constitutional rights in that one meeting. Then her manner changed-it is a sad day when you lawyer smells like your rapist!
At this time she said she would talk to her case manager. At this point it was too late, she should have thought of that before she gang-raped my rights and traumatized me with her unethical behaviour and rudeness. She watched me the entire time be upset and unwell and that did not encourage her to go get her manager? NO it was when I mentioned the judge then she sat up.
I left her office feeling very disoriented a symptom of trauma. I got the next ferry home and missed the bus being too ill to travel. As soon as I got in the door the phone was ringing and it was NC. She said she spoke with her case manager and they decide on something they thought was a great compromise: that they would have me sign a contact, 2 copies, that I would plead guilty or if I insisted on not guilty plea I was to agree not to enter evidence, witnesses or testify on my own behalf. I was shocked-she was unaware or did not care that they just violated my rights a few more times and the fact they thought this was a compromise was equally disturbing! I knew what they were trying to do so I asked her about getting the chance to speak if I should be sentenced and she told me that I would have to sign that if I spoke then Legal Aid would no longer represent me. I got off the phone and vomited.
When the day came for me to put in my pleas I arrived right at 1:30pm. NC came over to me with the contracts to sign. I could not even look at her she disgusted me- I told her that if she thought I would sign something that colluded with corruption of people who murdered my family she had me confused for someone else and that I was going to let them judge know everything she did to me. ONLY at that time did she admit that I could have appealed her refusal to give me certificate. I was stunned. Two minutes later Judge Digby came through and we got started. Now had I been as corrupt as those you protect I would have asked for copy to give to the judge but I was so stunned to think.
I let Judge Digby know exactly what NC and her case manager did to me, the brief version. Digby was clearly confused and looked a few times at these two, they had plenty of time to justify, explain or defend and they chose to remain silent looking at the table. I told Digby about how NC snapped in my face refusing to give me a Certificate and only told me about appeals 2 minutes before he walked through the door.. Digby granted me an adjournment until I could file for an appeal which I did and it was granted in my favour.
Why are these corrupt and unconstitutional lawyers still with Legal Aid?

WUZZUPDATES: The Barristers Society right on time have refused to hold Legal Aid lawyers Mary Mackenzie and Nicole Campbell responsible for their corruption and gross viocations to my constitutional rights.

They claim that NC was firm not abusive, gee I must be poor with disabilities AND stupid!
Mary MacKenzie, office manager who is also a lawyer, has denied to my lawyer that she even knows so such a letter yet Nicole Campbell claims it was Mary's idea. The Society of Liars claim they I have no proof that they tried to coerced me under duress to sign the letter that promise that I would not testify on my own behalf or bring evidence or witnesses to this trial.

They know Judge Digby is fully aware of such a letter which is why granted me an appeal to get a certificate, the very one Campbell refused me in her rudeness. I have called Nova Scotia Legal Aid Spring Garden 6 times for a copy of this letter and they, to date, have either pretended such a letter does not exist or have not sent me a copy.

So there you have good folks of metropolis yet another corrupt public service in NS being paid wages by your tax dollars.
